I want to briefly talk about this web cam I bought for my son to use with the Mac mini. I broke the LCD data cable while upgrading from HDD to SSD in his iMac. The timing wasn’t good since he is currently attending school through that computer, so I had limited time to do research before buying this RaLeno.
Fortunately, we were pleasantly surprised by the video and sound quality! My son likes it so much that he uses it with the iMac now. He just places this cam over the built-in one on the iMac. The built-in mic also has really good sound quality. People always say they can hear us loud & clear whenever we’re on it. We’ve done a couple of tests, so I will be showing the footage on the upcoming video.
For now, I just want to put the word out to anyone who may be looking for a decent and reliable web cam that won’t break the bank. This one is currently going for $32 on Amazon but I actually paid $40, so if you buy now, you win.
